Subscribe to event?

Would be nice if you could subscribe to an event and get notifications when the event changes and a reminder a day or so before the event.

I think it would be better to simply provide a way to get an iCal version of the event : this way, users can choose where, when and how to import it and get whatever notification they deem useful.

The challenge with iCal is they are static, once downloaded folks don't get changes. But it does solve the basic need.

I think the intention of this ('subscription') is something more like. And we could use flarum's built in scheduler to run a report of events in next N hours (Maybe keep it simple with weekly and daily digest options) to send users any upcoming subsribed events.

Fof/follow-tags has some foundation plumbing for the 'follow' and notficaiton plumbing i think
