gogrepo uploading files?

I started downloading my whole account yesterday and the first few hours went as expected. However today I'm noticing a 5mbps upload associated with gogrepo. What is this data that's being sent from my computer?

Edit: I tried blocking upload access to Python through the firewall and this broke the script, naturally. But I still don't understand why it needs to push so much data.
