Authors@R and additional ORCID tokens

CRAN now mandates (as opposed to allows use of) Authors@R for new uploads. A new upload of digest was warranted anyway as CRAN now nags about the issue @kevinushey kindly fixed in PR #209 fixing issue #208 a few days ago. This is now on CRAN as digest release 0.6.37.

The Authors@R format supported ORCID IDs (more on those below). In switching to Authors@R, I manually searched for and (hopefully correctly) confirmed a number of ORCIDs. But a large number remains open. So this issue is a gentle poke at all of you who do not have one listed now (see DESCRIPTION) and who would like to have theirs listed to please list theirs in comments below (or email me). If you are content with the status quo, no action is required. If you would prefer not to be listed, we can of course accommodate that too. Just let me know here or in email.
