Refine toxicology topics

For now we have:

  • Toxicology (http://edamontology.org/topic_2840, under Medicine and Safety sciences), used 69-times in Bio.tools, 2-times in TeSS
  • Medical toxicology (http://edamontology.org/topic_3415, under Medicine), not used anywhere known by EDAM Browser

The latter should be either included as a sub-topic of Toxicology (and both refined accordingly), or otherwise deprecated and replaced by the former.

In addition, we probably want to model a couple of main specialised topics, such as (maybe) Toxicogenomics (related to Genomics), Environmental toxicology (related to Pollution stuff), something "pharmaco-", something "nano-", etc.

A separate issue could be toxicology-related operations, data, format. E.g. where could something like "exposure scenario(s)" go?
