Collect cluster logs with Loki

It would be a miss not to collect cluster logs in the same Loki instance that we have in this lab.

I am talking about the fluentd->loki integration that should forward logs from the fluentd to Loki and provide a new EDA System log panel that will show the aggregated log stream
