Add function to separate transcription from minutes. Had Gradio UI have three sections: File Upload, Transcription, and Minutes. Changed code to improve GPU execution efficiency. Added error message and error handling.

hey @ChrisW19 this sounds like a fantastic contribution. Thanks so much for putting in this significant effort. Would it be possible to move this into a community-contributions sub-folder, and also to clear the outputs of the notebook? It's a bit hard to see what's going on in the diff screen.
