Contribution: Fix for SendGrid subject line (student submission)

This pull request adds a student contribution that corrects an issue in the Lab 2 SendGrid integration.

Previously, the email subject was placed inside the body of the message. This version correctly sets the subject in the SendGrid API call.

Files are located in: 2_openai/community_contributions/Sendgrid_subject_line/

This follows the course instructions to contribute student fixes to the community_contributions folder.

PS: apologies for the messy git history. I'm a beginner.

Hey @claudcsf - hmm - the PR has changes to tons of files from the main course, unfortunately.. Would you be able to fix that? Or maybe consider closing this one, and starting fresh with a new PR, being sure to only git add the file that you're pushing.. Thanks so much for contributing though
