It would be great to query articles by time via Memento-Datetime HTTP header. See Memento into and SiteStory for an implementation.

Cool. I haven't read the whole documentation, but this seems like a good idea that I'm glad someone is trying to standardize (it looks like a very recent Internet-Draft, so they're actively working on it.)

I don't think this is likely to be a priority for me or Eric anytime soon. If you or someone else wants to make this happen, the way to move it forward would be to start submitting patches.
