Forms of K-Theory could be cited more

Forms of K-Theory barely receives mention in the book, which is really a shame, and it would be great to include a summary. Theorem A can be tied directly to the material in 5.5, and the analysis of the space of integral forms to Landweber's theorem in 3.5.
