I would love it if you write a tutorial on writing a templating engine in Python.

I am interested because I want to know how this works and how to implement this. I requested this as there are not many resources on the web. From a tutorial like this, I would like to learn what templating engines are, how they are implemented, if there are any libraries used, etc.
