agent.compute_steady_state is only partial equilibrium. Maybe rename to make that clear?

@wdu9 pointed out that macro people might think that the compute_steady_state will generate the general equilibrium in which savings generate a capital stock and labor supply such that the marginal product of capital matches the interest rate and the marginal product of labor generates the wage rate.

Maybe we should name it compute_steady_state_partial or something
