【BUG】type设置为line3D,调用dispatchAction({type: 'showTip'}）失效

https://echarts.apache.org/examples/zh/editor.html?c=line3d-orthographic&gl=1 在官方代码实例中添加 myChart.dispatchAction({ type: 'showTip', seriesIndex: 0,dataIndex: 20 }); 失效！ 看到其他同学提到的type设置为bar3d也失效。 是不是只要是echarts-gl 绘制3D，该方法都失效。

it seems 'showTip' action does not work in GL, see #488. EDIT: Actually dispatchAction does not work in 3D/GL.
