map3D结合visualMap，拖动手柄，白色背景下地图描边颜色变成白色，设置borderColor不起作用
拖动手柄后，描边颜色变成白色：
Confirmed by testing with this code. When visualMap slider is moved out of the min or max position, borders become white. When returned to min and max, borders reverse to preset color.
There is also another bug - data.itemStyle.borderColor does not seem to work, but data.itemStyle.borderWidth does. But how good is this data.itemStyle.borderWidth since it usually overlaps another border? Which one will take precedence? This is visible in the example for '南区' region border.
Default tooltips are not documented, but work under certain conditions (see code). nameMap is also not documented for map3D but works.
