GUI does not support ultra widescreen monitors

Seeing weird graphical issues when running on ultra widescreen monitors: the GUI seems to take up half the screen, with the rest of the screen filled with random chunks of different parts of other pages of the GUI. Not clear whether this is an Electron issue (we're using a very old version) or is an issue with the current deployment method.
