0p4-beta url link broken in recent months

This line is invalid for recent months (i.e. >04/24) when fetching 0p4-beta https://github.com/ecmwf/ecmwf-opendata/blob/fdc807cff3f988ecba778e5b8920b6eedd6b2767/ecmwf/opendata/client.py#L233

It should not remove the folder prefix as both 0p25 and 0p4-beta reside in the same folder.
