Grid way of scanning ignored

It seems that cfgrib does not take into account the following keys returned by EcCodes when filling the data array : iScansNegatively jScansPositively jPointsAreConsecutive For instance, the 2 GRIB2 files inside the zip test_files.zip should give the same results, but they don't.
