I would like to suggest you to put this book through Gitbook so that it is more readable and easy to make PDF of. The site handles any sort of designing and setting up you need to do to publish your awesome book, you have nothing to worry about! Here is an example of a popular book called ProGit on this site. Please do consider putting this great book there so that students like me can read it with a bit more flexibility.
