Interface: Node capabilities definitions listing and edition bugs

When trying to add a new capability, the front end effectively send requests to the server and the get response to check if the capability is created return the data correctly so it creates the capability. But it doesn't appear in the list, neither its possible targets when adding it. We consequently can't edit existing capabilities.
