Many models in private namespace are not visible to sysadmins

Most of the models in private namespaces are not visible to sysadmins any more. Reindexing fails as well (those models are skipped). Trying to access those models leads to: javax.jcr.AccessDeniedException: Permission denied to perform actions "[read]" on path

Workaround/Solution: Using the backup restore endpoints in addition to the database migration works since it resets the ACLs and recreated them based on the state of the models.
