Either document that enum type references in properties must use the fully qualified path, or remove the restriction

As the title says:

value as double with { propertyAtribute: Enum.type }

--> will not validate.

value as double with { propertyAtribute: fully.qualified.path.to.Enum.type }

--> will validate.

Typical example with:

functionblock MyFb { status { value as double with { measurementUnit: Unit.second } } }

Need to either:

• figure out why the fully qualified reference is required and find a way around if possible, or
• document this requirement somewhere
