Attachment feature lacks documentation & capabilities

The editor features a label / section Attachment, however I was not able to find any reference to it in the docs.

When trying to upload a picture, the process failed without a error message:

Furthermore, in my opinion, this would be a great place to upload additional documentation for the definition, e.g. the technical description or a datapoint list.
