Raspberry Pi3 + MPU9150 + UPM Invalid Argument: Invalid i2c bus

I'm trying to use UPM to interface MPU9150 and RPI through I2C. When I try to run a very simple code, the message comes:

ValueError: UPM Invalid Argument: Invalid i2c bus

Is it some problem with RPI?
