Question: How can i override connection failed message in browser console?

Currently, we get error message of WebSocket like WebSocket connection to 'wss://abc.com/ws' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED ,...etc.

i want to override this error message with understandable message like Server appears to be offline. How can i achieve it ? any help will be appreciated
