Assigned Client Identifier constant misspelled

The constant MQTTPROPERTY_CODE_ASSIGNED_CLIENT_IDENTIFER is misspelled. This fixes it, but also keeps the mis-spelled original version so as not to break any code that uses the existing value. The original version is commented as "obsolete" in the code.
