Cannot run sample app - Missing file local.properties

Description of Bug:

There is a missing file preventing gradle sync from running.

Console Log output (if available):

ERROR: paho.mqtt.android/local.properties (No such file or directory)

@Ryanauger95 any fix for this. I am stuck with the same.
