Provide hawkbit helm chart in new version for hawkbit 0.3.0M7

Hi guys,

hawkbit is available in new version 0.3.0M7 since February this year. It would be nice to have this available as helm chart in new version, including updates for rabbitmq and mysql (to minimize vulnerability).

Issue is still open and nobody cares. Now hawkbit in version 0.3.0M9 is available and the helm chart contains unsupported values in config, see #367.

well, you seem to care. So, maybe you could give it a shot and provide a PR for making the necessary changes?
