Problem while updating extensions published on Open VSX

Hello,

I have few extensions published on Open VSX https://open-vsx.org/namespace/pinage404

When i try to update an extension i got this message

❌ No Eclipse profile data available for user: pinage404 See the documentation for more information: https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions

I have an Eclipse account

I can't login, i reseted the password, but still can't login

I tried to create another account, but i get this message

The pinage404 GitHub username is already in used by Pinage404 Pin. If you own these Eclipse accounts, please remove the GitHub username from them. Otherwise, please contact [email protected] to resolve this conflict.

I sent an email on the address above the 2024-08-31 and i have no answer yet

How can i update the extension that i maintain ?

Hi, I tried getting your profile: https://api.eclipse.org/account/profile/pinage404. It returns a 500 - Internal Server Error status. Maybe the Eclipse helpdesk can help: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues

The login form of the helpdesk seems to be the same login form than "Log in with Eclipse" on Open VSX

I can't login to open a new issue on the helpdesk
