[Question] How to install extensions for Web IDE?

HI, I have a private OpenVSX instance. We are trying to use it to serve our Gitlab Web IDE instance. Unfortunately, most of the extensions I have tested seem not compatible with the Gitlab Web IDE. I get this message for some of the extensions:

The 'Extension Pack for Java Auto Config' extension is not available in GitLab Web IDE for the Web

Another issue is that some of the extensions available, once we click on install we get the following message:

The 'Python' extension is not available in GitLab Web IDE for the Web. Click 'More Information' to learn more.

I also attached an image of this issue. Is there an efficient way to add extensions for the Gitlab Web IDE? The VSCode Web IDE version is 1.94.0. Thank you for any assistance in advance.
