Replace Yuidoc with JSDoc or alternative

yuidoc is not included anymore in recent Debian versions, so maybe it is worth to change this to jsdoc which is included in recent linux distributions (as native package).

I've found already where to change that in CMakeList.txt and I think i could contribute this. But first I want to know your opinions on that, so maybe there is a good reason not doing so
