Reduce loops when validating WebSocket annotations

Description:

In WebSocketDiagnosticsCollector, we have multiple APIs to collect diagnostics for different annotations, most of them are all looping for each method and then annotations, we may consider to combine them into one loop for proper websocket annotations, may also should consider a balance between multiple method calls and multiple looping.
