WebSocket: Add quickfix to remove duplicate parameters

Description:

Annotated methods with @OnClose, @OnOpen and @OnError require some parameters to only appear once.

Specification:

• For @OnOpen, specs found here mentioned that they could be only one Session parameter and/or EndpointConfig parameter.
• For @OnClose, specs found here mentioned that they could be only one Session parameter and/or CloseReason parameter.
• For @OnError, specs found here mentioned that they could be only one Session parameter and they must have only one Throwable parameter.
