Comments next to Entity Declaration should show in Popup when Mouse over the Entity

The mouse-over popup when hovering over an entity currently shows: Entity name, Value, Type and Source.

If an entity is declared with a comment next to it, the comment should show in the popup.
(In Oxygen XML, this is the case, and it's a very useful feature.)

In case of the sample on the image, I'd expext the the popup to be:

Entity blah
random entity

• Value: blaaah
• Type: Local
• Source: sample.xml

Or respectively:

Entity bli
another random entity

• Value: bliiih
• Type: Local
• Source: sample.xml
