Uniform Kura Bundles version

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now the set of versions used in Kura is very sparse: there are multiple versions tracked in the kura properties files and versions change for every maintenance branch. This makes versioning in the develop branch very hard to maintain.

Describe the solution you'd like A single version for all the bundles that are part of the Kura distribution. The only remaining elements with their own version will be the examples and the add-ons.

Describe alternatives you've considered Keeping the current setup is becoming hard to sustain with the increasing number of bundles added and also due to maintenance branches.
