No Spacing Between "Wire Components" and Error in Wire Graph

If user installs for example Wires-developmnet-component package, creates a wire component and later deletes the package from Kura, there is an error message bellow the wire graph. The problem is that the error message is touching the upper part of the screen but really should not, as it looks strage (see screenhsot bellow).

Testflow:

1. Login to Kura as admin/admin
2. Go Packages, install wires development package

Expected behavior: Bottom (error) field should not be overlaping with the upper ones - there should be at least some minimals pace between them. They should also be the same length.
