Generic Error When Trying to Download a Package (No "Enabled for WAN" Connection)

If user has all the network connections set as "Enabled for LAN" everything works fine, but there is no way to download a package from Eclipse marketplace. There is also no additional info when Kura reports "Failed to install deployment package". I have just lost one hour because I completely forgot I changed this. I suggest we add additional text into the warning message just for end user to know what to quickly check.

Testflow:

1. Login to Kura as admin/admin
2. Go to Network, set all active connections to "Enabled for LAN" (so there is no "Enabled for WAN" connection)
3. Go to Packages and try to install a valid package from Eclipse Marketplace
4. Observe the generic error message
