WireGraph Component Description Windows Too Wide

When user clicks on a certain component in wire graph to see its options, the whole screen shifts, because the bottom window is too wide (see the GIF bellow).

Testflow:

1. Login to Kura as admin/admin
2. Go to WireGraph Service and create a componet (e.g. Timer)
3. Select and deselect the timer component several times in the wire graph and observe the bottom window
4. Bottom window is a bit too wide so everything shifts to the left

Expected behavior Bottom window should be the same width as the WireGraph and WireComponents windows combined, so the screen does not shift if component is selected.
