Only Half of UI in "Disabled" View When Adding New Components

if user minimizes Kura UI to a minimum, tries to create a new Wire component and then upscales the UI back to "normal" parameters, only half of it is black - "disabled". Items still cannot be clicked, but it looks strange (see screenshot bellow).

Testflow:

1. Login to Kura as admin/admin
2. Resize the browser window to almost minimal size (Sceenshot No. 1)
3. Navigate to Wire graph, click on a component so the "New Wire Component" dialogue box opens
4. Upscale the bowser again and observe the result (Screenshot No. 2)

Expected behavior UI should be always disabled as a whole when adding a new component or changing something, regardless of the previous browser size.
