Component Names in Wires Not Limited

Component names in wires are not limited, which can cause browser to stop responging or crash. I suggest this gets limited to e.g. 255 characters, because this is more than enough to set a proper name for a component.

Testflow:

1. Login to Kura as admin/admin
2. Go to Wires, try to create a wire component with name that has 10k+ characters
3. Observe the behaviour

Expected behavior Component names should be limited, because browser slows down when creating them (or can even crash) and if there are a lot of components with long names, the graph becomes unreadable. Maybe there should be "Description" field added in every component for users that need larger description for a certain component?
