Submit Button Active Although Mandatory Fields Not Populated

If user selects "EXECUTABLE_SCRIPT" option in "File Type" dropdown menu in Devices > Packages > History/In Progress > Install, Kapua enables the "Submit" button, although amndatory fields are not populated (see GIF bellow).

Testflow

1. Login as kapua-sys or any other user that has proper permissions
2. Connect a live Kura device to Kapu
3. Go to Devices, select the connected device, go to Devices > Packages > History/In Progress > Instal
4. Select "EXECUTABLE_SCRIPT" option in "File Type" dropdown menu
5. Try pressing Submit button - it should be disabled but it is not.

Expected behavior Submit button should be activated only when all the mandatory fields are properly populated.
