Docs: Add configuration and usage instructions for the Simple UI

It would be helpful if we'd provide a README.md with configuration and usage instructions for the Simple UI consistent with our other components like for example hawkbit/hawkbit-repository/hawkbit-repository-jpa-init/README.md.
