Jitter for DDI Polling Time

Hello, anyone interested in having an optional parameter for adding a jitter to the polling interval seen in the DDI protocol (System Config / Polling Configuration). The intention is to stretch the polling time window in case of issues which let the majority of the devices poll during the same timeframe. If so I would start implementing and rise a pull request. E.g. 02:00h poll + 30min jitter. If Jitter==0 current behavior. /Martin
