Mobile compatible interface

Currently hawkbit's interface isn't usable on a smartphone for two reasons:

a) You need to manually zoom into different sections of the screen as everything is tiny in the default zoom state, the UI is clearly not responsive and meant to be used from a phone. b) some interactions require drag and drop with no alternative method of achieving the same result. I.e. an ad-hoc install of a distributionset to a target requires dragging the distrobution onto the target. As far as I could tell, there's no way to trigger this interaction on a touchscreen.
