Eclipse startup is very slow in recent version on first start

Bug description

In recent version of the studio (since July approximately...), the Gemoc studio is very slow to start, it takes more than 2 min before obtaining the workspace prompt.

Note, this occurs only on the first start, the subsequent start of the same instance is very fast again (a few seconds)

this is usually a problem especially when launching the second eclipse runtime as we usually have to launch it several times.

How to reproduce

On fresh install,simply launch ./GemocStudio

on a previous install, you can also reproduce it by adding teh -clean option

./GemocStudio -clean
