[Sirius] allow to enable/disable layers while running

Currently, when running a model, the enabled layers cannot be changed

the only way is to enabled/disabled layer before launching the execution

It would be useful to allow to enable/disable them while running/debugging the model

this would allow to display/hide information depending on the user debug focus.
