Unremovable launch configurations in the Debug view

When an Epsilon program is executed in "run" mode through a launch configuration, after the execution has finished, an entry for the launch configuration remains in the Debug view and cannot be removed using the "Remove All Terminated Launches" button (see below)

I have tried to reproduce this by running a small EOL file with no models (in "run" mode), and the entry in the Debug view is being automatically removed. I'm using the Eclipse 2013-12 distribution that we have in our target platform, on Linux.

How odd! I'm also using 2023-12 and I can reproduce this issue consistently.
