Rectpacking states that it supports contentAlignent but it does not

The easiest fix would be to remove this option. But I think we should actually fix this.

This shows the problem.

Also test whether rectpacking actually uses the minimum size given by a parent. This should be done by execution ElkUtil.translate somewhere before expanding everything I guess.
