Model order without crossing minimization does not dummy nodes in all cases correctly

The graph is configured to use no CM and no greedy switch heuristic. Using model order the graph should be presorted such that it is "good". However, the following LF diagram looks still ONO: fullControlNeedsGreedySwitch
