Improve NETWORK_SIMPLEX node placer node flexibility

As seen here it is kind of nice how the node size is increased, however, the port placement does seem to be far from optimal.

As seen in this example in the black circles, the port placement as well as the number of bendpoints in edges is not optimal.

Container children do not expand

Ports are not "symmetrical" in between bounds

Ports are added top-down, further contributing to asymmetry
