Migrate Sequence Diagram Layouter to ELK

The KIELER Sequence Diagram Layouter should be migrated to ELK to be properly consumed by the Papyrus project. Also, we could take that opportunity to improve the algorithm and provide a cleaner implementation.

We started a port of the sequence diagram layouter to ELK for our cooperate project. This is just an initial version that needs further refinement. Our fork can be found at https://github.com/Cooperate-Project/de.cau.cs.kieler.papyrus.layout

joehen, sorry for the late reply. This is great to know! Sadly, I'm currently involved in another project, but as soon as I get around to work on the sequence diagram layouter again I'll be sure to check out your fork! :)
