Protocol selection and configuration support

When a new form entry is created, it would be great if there is an assistance that ask you what kind of protocol you like to define (e.g., HTTP, MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, ...). Depending of the selected protocol corresponding fields should be generated like for Modbus' the offset and length.
